Arrived at whitesprings at 10 on saturday with my 2 mates. set up on the pleasure lake . My mates decided to use there poles in the margins and i decided to use a feeder also in the margins . Within 10 mins we each had a carp no bigger than 8 ounces in the net. Through out the day we continued to bag up on carp all under 1lb and the odd 1lber. At the end of the day I ended up with a 17lb bag,and the boys had a 32lb,80z bag between them. We then retired to the tent and through two carp rods out and called it a night. With no success through the night one of us chucked a feeder out at about 6.30 and caught a 1lb carp my mates (jonny and bryce) got there poles out and had 10 fish between them all day whilst i was sitting in the tent nice and warm when i had a run on one of my carp rods. It went straight into the middle of the lake and fort for a good few minutes. once landed on the bank it weighed in at a Very Pleasing 18lb 1oz  Which is now my new personal best

it escaped from a local home back in sept, been flying around ever since there's a reward for its recapture but all atempts have failed
